For any issues related to service calls for optimal service related to one of our buildings, please follow this order of priority:

Request by phone to our 24/7 call center: 514-665-7002

Calls are entered into ANGUS and our technicians are then contacted.
Please make sure to have your work order number to facilitate follow-up.

You must have received your link to register for our ANGUS platform.

Please allow 48-72 hours for non-urgent requests.
